Alisha is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults in hospital-based behavioral health and outpatient settings. She specializes in substance use disorders, severe mental illness, neurodivergence, and dual diagnosis/co-occurring conditions. Alisha takes a collaborative, trauma-informed approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, supporting clients in building insight, stability, and meaningful change. She earned her LMSW from Adelphi University and was a fellow in the IDEATE program, which focused on integrated care for adolescents and transition-aged youth.

Alisha is known for her bubbly personality, warmth, and understanding nature, and strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and heard. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and relaxing with her goldendoodle, Honey.
