My name is Meghan Mcleod, LCSW C-NDAAP and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Bay Shore, NY. In addition to receiving rigorous training in adult and adolescent ADHD and Autism Assessment, I have the unique benefit of lived experience.

I specialize in comprehensive assessments for adults and teens (12+) seeking clarity and understanding about their own individual life experience. I promise to guide you through the assessment process, providing insights that can lead to a better understanding of yourself and your unique strengths.

Price List:

ADHD/Autism Assessment: $1,100

ADHD Assessment: $900

How Insurance Works:

The cost of assessment without insurance is $1,100 for a full assessment or $900 for ADHD only. If during the course of testing we recommend further assessment for Autism, this will be discussed ahead of time.

Some insurances will cover most of this cost. (Testing CPT codes 96136, 96137, 96130, 96131 are approved for use for Aetna, Cigna, Northwell Direct, and NYSHIP (we are an OON Provider) for LCSWs in the State of NY. All insurance plans will be verified prior to your first appointment.)

Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, Oscar, and Healthfirst do not cover testing codes for LCSWs in the State of NY. In this case, a therapeutic assessment model will be used. This will allow you to use your insurance to cover the cost of the sessions themselves, however the out of pocket cost to cover testing will be a flat rate of $500.*

We do accept Care Credit for payment plans.and installment plans. We also accept all major credit cards
