    Meghan McLeod is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Neurodiversity Affirming Assessment Provider (C-NDAAP) specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorders, and dual diagnosis, including twice-exceptionality. Driven by a profound passion for helping individuals navigate and overcome mental health challenges, Meghan combines compassion, expertise, and a client-centered approach to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

    Extensively trained in ADHD and Autism assessment, Meghan employs comprehensive evaluation techniques to accurately identify and address the unique needs of her clients. As an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), Supporting the Emotional Needs of the Gifted (SENG), and the Neurodiversity Alliance (ND Alliance), she remains informed about the latest research, evidence-based practices, and innovative treatment modalities in the field of mental health. Her commitment to professional development is reflected in her participation in workshops, conferences, and continuing education courses, ensuring that her clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their specific needs.

    Jenna Weick, LCSW, CASAC is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with individuals facing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. In her private practice, Jenna provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

    Jenna uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients identify patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and move toward their personal goals. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling, balanced, and purposeful life—one that includes joy, presence, and connection.

    Her practice is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we create space for reflection, self-compassion, and growth. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, or life transitions, Jenna is dedicated to walking alongside you with compassion and expertise.

    Jenna holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University and is licensed to practice in New York State. She is also a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), further deepening her ability to support clients with complex needs.

    Mary Beth Murdocco has over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques (CBT), Inference Based CBT(I-CBT), and grief counseling.  She has an extensive knowledge on treatment of anxiety, depression, and the challenges that arise when being a first responder.  She brings a compassionate, strengths-based approach to therapy.  Her therapeutic approach is firmly rooted in the belief that every individual is capable of positive change and personal growth when provided with the right support, tools, and environment.  Her work focuses on helping clients identify meaningful goals, uncover the barriers that keep them feeling stuck, and develop practical strategies to move forward. 

    Whether you’re facing overwhelming life transitions, emotional distress, or unresolved grief, her role is to walk beside you in the healing process- offering evidence-based guidance while honoring your unique experiences.  Mary Beth’s patient and nurturing demeanor will have you explore patterns of thinking and behaviors, challenge limiting beliefs, and create lasting change that align with your values and vision for the future. 

    Her goal is to create a safe and empowering space where clients of all ages feel heard, supported, and equipped to thrive.

    Mary Beth holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University and is clinically supervised by Meghan McLeod, LCSW.   Mary Beth is committed to personal development and continuing education and also holds an Master’s in Business Administration from Rivier University.

    Ashley has over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Master Social Worker. She has worked extensively in the areas of addiction, body dismorphia, and the impacts of caregiving. Ashley has very comprehensive experience working with individuals coping with depression and anxiety, as well as those with a dual diagnosis. She is able to assist individuals going through a difficult life transition, or those who simply want assistance managing the daily stressors of life that take a negative toll on the overall well-being. Ashley is a warm and compassionate professional who will help you work through barriers and behaviors that have held individuals back from being the best version of their own unique self. Ashley will be able to assist in providing insight to work towards more healthy coping mechanisms and develop an attainable plan to take back any control you may feel as if you have lost in your life. Ashley has received her Masters from Adelphi University and resides with her husband, son, and (many) rescue pets.

    Stephanie is a kind-hearted Licensed Master Social Worker who is devoted to the overall well-being of her clients. She is passionate about helping others navigate their own unique journey in building a satisfying and meaningful life. Understanding that everyone’s vision and goals for their life are different, she takes great care to understand her client’s goals and the challenges which get in the way of attaining them. She collaborates with clients to develop individualized coping skills to manage challenging situations and emotions. 

    Stephanie uses Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strengths-Based approaches. She has experience working with various mental health diagnoses and has worked in outpatient and community based settings. She specializes in helping folks with anxiety disorders (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, etc.), stress management, ADHD, feelings of low self-worth, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

    Jillian Berotti is a Licensed Master of Social Worker who graduated from Stony Brook University in 2016. As a neurodiversity affirming provider, she has experience with Teens, Adults and Geriatric Clients. Jillian has experience in hospital settings as well as outpatient therapeutic setting. She has worked with a variety of clients with different diagnoses and focuses specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strength- Based therapy models. Her warm and empathetic demeanor creates a feeling of acceptance and connection with the clients she serves.
