Taking the step to start therapy, whether it’s your very first time or you’re looking for a fresh perspective, takes real courage. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and build a comfortable, down-to-earth space where we can work together to tackle whatever stressors are weighing you down.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with nine years of experience supporting both adults and children. Over nearly a decade of practice, I have developed a deep focus on working alongside individuals with disabilities, neurodivergence, and complex behavioral challenges. Because no two people are the same, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I use an eclectic blend of therapeutic frameworks, tailoring our sessions to what actually works for you and your daily life.

At Mosaic Mind, I believe that true healing happens when we look at the whole picture. I collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure your care is thoughtful, supportive, and completely centered around you. Whatever challenges you are facing, you don't have to navigate them alone. We will figure it out together, at a pace that feels right for you.
