Christina Ligon is an empathetic licensed social worker with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families, including those with ADHD and autism, in schools, homes, and group settings. Her background in education and behavior analysis has shaped her interest in how our experiences, environments, and relationships influence the way we think, feel, and navigate the world, and how these systems can impact our sense of self, relationships, and everyday functioning.
Christina takes a neurodivergent-affirming, integrative, multimodal approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel understood, valued, and supported. She works collaboratively with clients to build on their strengths, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical, individualized strategies that support their unique needs and goals.
Christina earned her Master of Social Work from Adelphi University in 2016. She practices under the clinical supervision of Meghan McLeod, LCSW.
