Jonathan Oca is a Licensed Master Social Worker who brings a calm, compassionate, and trauma-informed presence to therapy with adults working through substance use recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and neurodivergence.
Throughout Jonathan’s career, he has supported people in outpatient addiction treatment, crisis settings, and community mental health. Trained in Brainspotting (Phases 1 & 2), Jonathan integrates this highly effective modality with motivational interviewing, mindfulness, CBT, and a strengths-based lens to help you process old pain, regulate your emotions, and develop coping strategies that genuinely fit your life.
Therapy with Jonathan is a judgment-free zone where you’re allowed to pause, feel, and take up space. He believes therapy can be a place of genuine curiosity and patience, where healing doesn’t have to feel heavy.
When he’s not in the therapy room, you’ll find Jonathan meditating, on a basketball court, exploring new places, playing video games, or laughing with friends and family. He holds a Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University School of Social Welfare.
Jonathan works under the clinical supervision of Meghan McLeod, LCSW, at Mosaic Mind Psychotherapy and is currently welcoming new clients.
