Individual and Couples Therapy

I’m a warm, down-to-earth psychotherapist who feels genuinely honored to support people through some of life’s most difficult and painful moments. My practice focuses on helping individuals navigate grief, bereavement, loss, and the heavy weight of unexpected health or mental health challenges. I am also deeply committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming care, offering a safe and validating space for neurodivergent clients navigating a world that often feels overwhelming or misunderstood.

I know that grief and life transitions look different for everyone. There is no "right" way to process pain, and I work hard to build a trusting, unhurried space where you can feel completely heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and relational; I don't view myself as the "expert" on your life, but rather as a supportive partner in your healing. Because healing involves the whole person, I also collaborate closely with the rest of the clinical team here at Mosaic Mind to ensure you receive thoughtful, well-rounded care.

In my practice, I blend evidence-based tools with a flexible, intuitive approach that adapts to your actual day-to-day needs. Above all, I want my clients to know that they do not have to carry grief, burnout, or difficult life changes alone. We will work at your pace, in your own way, to help you find your footing again.
