Payment and Reimbursement Information

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Care Credit.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement (Superbills)

While we do not bill insurance companies directly, our services are often eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Following each appointment, you will receive a Superbill (an itemized clinical receipt).

  • You may submit this document to your insurance provider to request reimbursement based on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

  • We recommend contacting your insurance carrier's member services department to verify your "out-of-network outpatient mental health" coverage.

HSA/FSA Eligibility In most cases, psychiatric evaluations and medication management are qualifying medical expenses for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Good Faith Estimate Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. A personalized estimate will be provided to you prior to your first scheduled appointment.
